Former Industrial Building Transformed into Residential Studios
Previously used for Class B2 ‘General Industrial’ purposes, this building had remained vacant for several years. We are proud to have secured full planning permission for the conversion into four self-contained residential studios—breathing new life into the space while retaining its industrial charm.

Andy Perkins of the Local Potteries Heritage Society praised the scheme, stating:
“The society welcomes this well thought out scheme which preserves the industrial character of the building and makes good use of the available space. There are many such buildings around the city, and we believe this could provide a model for their potential use.”
